    Learn a new way to make Truffles using aged flavored Balsamic Vinegars. The flavors of raspberry, strawberry, blackberry and black cherry are truly amazing with the melted chocolate to mold beautiful truffles. Each student will make 24 truffles to take home.     Flatbreads and fancy crackers are not just for restaurants. You can make them in your own kitchen! Explore the many varieties of flatbreads and crackers and learn how to make perfect whole wheat roti, stuffed naan, lavash crackers and gluten-free besan crackers. All supplies included.     Add to your cookie making repertoire with four favorites from overseas. We’ll make Krumkakes (Norwegian), Pizzelles (Italian), Sandbakkelse (Swedish) and Rosettes (Scandinavian). Leave class with great recipes plus tips and techniques to make your baking a success! Bring containers for your creations. $13 food fee payable to the instructor.   • Halloween Cookie Bouquet (Adult/Child)

    One adult and one child, age 6 and up. Team up with your favorite youngster and make a delicious Halloween cookie bouquet. Working as a team decorate eight Halloween-themed cookies and arrange them in a bouquet to share with family and friends. Register for the class under the name of the adult attending.     Save time and precious stove space by enlisting your Instant Pot in your holiday preparations! In this online class Kirsten will demonstrate how to prepare Make Ahead Mashed Potato Casserole, a simple cranberry sauce, fast Turkey Broth, and the perfect last minute side dish—Garlicky Green beans. Participants will receive an extensive handout along with the link to join prior to class.     “Pahadi'' translates literally to “mountain", and the Himalayan mountains are where this curry's delectable sauce originates. You don't have to travel that far to recreate it though as it is full of herbs that also grow in Minnesota! In addition to this hearty, irresistible chicken curry, we'll make kebabs utilizing the same fresh ingredients.
