Walking With The Woods: Guided Forest Therapy
Awaken your senses and connect deeply to nature around and within you. Experience a guided, meditative walk based on the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku, or "forest bathing" in one of St. Paul's lovely urban parks. Walks will occur rain or shine; please dress for the weather. For classes held at Fort Snelling State Park, a vehicle permit is required to enter the park. Get more information and fees at https://www.dnr.state.mn.us/state_parks/park.html?... In accordance with the state mask guidelines (https://www.health.state.mn.us/diseases/coronavirus/facecover.html) and SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan) regarding programming taking place fully outside, we strongly recommend that you (and/or your child) bring a mask and wear it in all outdoor instances where physical distancing cannot be maintained. If you are feeling ill on the day of class, please do not attend.
