Receive one-on-one instruction and learn how to get the most from your smartphone or tablet! You'll have 45 minutes of private instruction time to ask questions and increase your smartphone/tablet skills! All levels are welcome.
Whether you've just received your first device, or you've got the basics down and want to learn about video chatting, apps, need help accessing your calendar or email from your other devices or assistance with organizing and transferring information between your phone, tablet, or the Cloud.
When registering you will be asked to choose the level that sounds most like you, so your instructor can make the most out of your time together. If you are debating between two levels, choose the lower level as the one-on-one format of this class will allow your instructor to move quickly through the things you know, cover the things you don't, and then continue teaching you new things.
El instructor habla español con fluidez; los hispanohablantes son bienvenidos.
Maggie has been teaching with Saint Paul Community Education since 2007. A self-proclaimed “practical geek”,she likes to make computers and devices accessible to the everyday person. She believes that with an understanding of how something works, it makes interacting with it a much better experience. Maggie has over 20 years of experience working with computers/electronics with roles ranging from the dedicated IT manager for a single company to consulting for different companies/individuals. More than anything, she is a teacher first. Her goal is for every student to leave her class with at least a few pearls and the confidence to really use their device.
