1/2 Day Nature-based Pre-K
Add to your cookie-making repertoire with four favorites from overseas. We’ll make krumkakes (Norwegian), pizzelles (Italian), sandbakkelse (Swedish) and rosettes (Scandinavian). Leave class with great recipes, plus tips and techniques to make your baking a success! Bring containers for your creations.
Laurel graduated from the University of Minnesota in Home Economics and Education and has been teaching Community Education classes for over 10 years. She's lived in London, the Philippines and travels extensively. An avid cookbook collector, she delights in sharing recipes and cooking tips.
