  • Lowertown Walking Tour: Saint Paul’s Humble Beginnings

    Early Saint Paul was formed in Lowertown on the banks of the Mississippi. Hear about Lowertown’s evolution from whiskey stop to steam whistles to today’s hotspot (old Pig’s Eye would be amazed at the transformation!). Tour covers approximately 2 miles with limited places to sit. Tour Activity Rating: 4 (Demanding- extensive walking/stairs//standing) Tour begins from Saint Paul's Union Depot, 214 4th Street East (inside the front entrance of Union Depot on 4th Street/Light Rail stop side).
  • Minnehaha Falls Walking Tour

    Explore the John H. Stevens House, Longfellow Gardens, and the Minnehaha Falls Pergola Garden, where the majestic waterfall creates a breathtaking backdrop. Discover the Song of Hiawatha Garden's poetic allure and walk down to the falls themselves. Walking distance 2 miles with steps. Tour Activity Rating: 4 (Demanding- extensive walking/stairs//standing) Wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle. Parking is available in paid lots or free street parking.
  • Summit Avenue History Walking Tour

    Summit Avenue has the longest-stretch of preserved Victorian homes in the United States. Admire the architecture in this historic preservation district and learn the fascinating history of some of its early residents, including railroad baron James. J. Hill. Note: We will not be entering any homes. Walk is approximately 1.5 miles. Tour Activity Rating: 4 (Demanding - extensive walking/stairs/standing) Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a water bottle if you like.
