Sessions feature exercise techniques for older adults, including strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, balance and flexibility. Work at your own pace and receive personal attention from a trained instructor. No Class July 4 and July 20. This class has an online option. Joining information will be in your class confirmation notes. All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations.
