  • Art 102

    Grades 2-5. Take your creativity to the next level as you continue to learn different fine art techniques. Continue practicing various painting, sculpting, and drawing skills as you show your final creations in an art gallery on the last day. All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program. SPPS currently requires masks for all people in a school setting (ages 2 and older), including all teachers, staff, students and visitors, regardless of vaccination status, unless they have a qualifying exemption. This includes (but is not limited to) indoor fitness classes and during culinary classes when not eating or drinking.
  • New Year, New Art

    Celebrate the New Year in style - Young Rembrandts Winter lessons kick off with the Statue of Liberty and a winter rabbit. Every month YR students draw a complex Art History piece and this season we’re highlighting Andy Warhol! Artists learn core art skills while boosting self-confidence and social development. We can’t wait to draw with you!   • Piano: Individual Lessons

    Grades 1-12. Learn basic piano skills including note reading, simple rhythms, primary chords and elementary technique. These are individual half-hour lessons.   • Preschool: DIY Stuffed Animals

    Ages 3-5. Stuffed animals are a preschooler's best friend! They're fluffy, adorable and silly. Come make a different stuffed animal friend with us to take home every week.   • Preschool: Magical Pink Unicorn

    Ages 3-6. Once upon a time, in a land far, far away, lived a magical pink unicorn who loved going to art class! Fantasy and art come together in this enchanted class. Create your very own Magical Unicorn out of clay to bring home with you.   • Preschool: Ribbons and Twirls

    Ages 3-5. Wrap yourself in ribbon and dance the day away! Show off your favorite dance moves, play games, and build your own ribbon twirler to take home on the last day of class.
