    Samosas and Pakoras - Online Course

    Please note the following date change for this class. Samosas & Pakoras - Online Course changed from July 11th to July 13th. Samosas, a delicious fried or baked pastry with a savory filling of potatoes, onions and peas, are a popular snack, appetizer or entrée in many parts of the world. Spend an evening on a virtual culinary journey as we make scrumptious samosas plus Nepali-style “aloo pakoras,” a potato fritter-style dish using the same samosa filling.
