    Hearing loss and tinnitus can affect our ability to clearly hear the sounds around us and exploring the world of hearing aids can be overwhelming. Learn about the different types of hearing loss, the impact of hearing loss and tinnitus on communication, and hearing aid styles and the technology available.   • Fondue Fun!

    It's always the right time for fondue! Make a fabulous family feast or impress your guests with a tasty party spread. Create savory and sweet fondues from around the world. Invented in the 18th century as a way to utilize hardened cheese and bread, the Swiss melted cheese, added wine and dunked bread cubes into the mixture. The name itself came from the French work "fonder" which means to melt. On the menu: Traditional Cheese, Classic Swiss Cheese, Beef Bourguignonne, Crab, Blue Cheese and Tempura. Of course, we'll dunk delectable tidbits of fruit, cake or brownies in wonderful dessert fondues - Flavored Chocolate fondues plus Butterscotch fondue. And we will make a variety of sauces and dips to round out the menu.     Design a fused glass piece with expert guidance in a fun and casual setting. Choices include: nightlight, candle holder, small dish, pair of coasters, or a sun-catcher/hanging piece.   • Great Minnesota Hot Dishes

    The MN hot dish (elsewhere called a casserole) is a one-dish supper (or side dish) baked in your oven with a single piece of cookware. Use fresh ingredients (no canned soups) to create easily prepared family meals or crowd-pleasing recipes for a potluck. AND there is minimal dishwashing! You betcha! Join us to create up to 15 sensational dishes including: Beef, Pork and Sauerkraut; Pork Loin with Dried Apricots and Cherries; Beef and Spinach (or Broccoli); Eggplant and Cheese, Chicken Cobbler with Carrots, Mushrooms and Peas; Lentils and Vegetables; and Baked Penne Pasta with Chicken, Broccoli and Mushrooms just to name a few.
