Intermediate Hatha Yoga: Iyengar Yoga Level II/III

For students who have completed Beginning and Advanced Beginning Yoga classes and are looking to continue challenging their yoga practice. New poses will be explored. Students will need to have their own props -- a yoga mat, belt, three blankets and a chair. All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program.
