Tired of staring blankly into your fridge, wondering what to make for dinner? Fear not, hungry friend; it’s time to spice up your kitchen game! Receive tips and tricks for making meal prep a breeze, from grocery shopping to prepping ingredients in advance, and lots of recipes for inspiration. This class is being offered using the Zoom online platform. 55+ Driver Discount Program
Driving Classes for 55+

For motorists 55 years of age and older. Explore changes in traffic laws and traffic safety, the latest vehicle technology, and easy-to-use defensive driving and accident-prevention tips. Completion of these courses will produce approximately a 10% decrease in your car insurance. Starting July 1st, 2024, there is no longer a requirement for an 8 hour initial course. It has been reduced to simply a 4 hour course requirement. All classes are taught by the Minnesota Highway Safety & Research Center. Certificates are issued at the end of class. Certificates will be issued to those completing the course.

Epoxy Pour: Charcuterie Board
Art & Music

Create your own charcuterie board to keep or give as a gift. Pour colorful epoxy into pre-cut boards made with black walnut and other various hardwoods. Choose up to 2 colors of epoxy when you arrive. One project per person, all supplies included. Projects may take less than 2 hours to complete. Finished boards are ready for pick up 2-3 weeks after class. November 25th class at BlackStack Brewing includes drink ticket for participant's ages 21 and up.

Design and create your own pair of earrings from polymer clay! Wear them out of the classroom or bring them home as a gift for a loved one. Supplies and instructions are provided.

Culinary

Add to your cookie-making repertoire with four favorites from overseas. We’ll make krumkakes (Norwegian), pizzelles (Italian), sandbakkelse (Swedish) and rosettes (Scandinavian). Leave class with great recipes, plus tips and techniques to make your baking a success! Bring containers for your creations.
