Water Workout

Classes for Adults / Aquatics -
Winter 2026- Adult

Tone up your body and improve cardiovascular fitness while having fun exercising in the water to music. Toning will be emphasized.  Ladder entry/exit only.

Locker rooms will be available for changing out of swim attire after class. Showers will not be available. Please come prepared to swim and free of lotions, and other body and hair products. Plan to shower at home after class. Bathrooms will still be available.
