Love garlic? Learn how to grow it here in Minnesota, some easy ways to prepare it, and the myths and lore surrounding this flavorful plant. Leave class with hardneck garlic you can plant and garlic paste you can use!
Meagan has a B.S. in horticulture from the U of M Twin Cities, focusing on local foods, along with 15 years of experience growing and preparing garlic. She also has a M. Ed. from the U of M Twin Cities and has been teaching various high school life sciences classes in SPPS for a decade.
