Sara has been studying energy and meditation for over 20 years. She began working with her dreams in High School with Leigh Piper and has allowed them to guide the direction of her life. A certified End of Life Doula and Grief Counselor. Supported by her teachers she began teaching this system in 2010. She believes we can have fun while transforming our lives; creating more space for happiness, authenticity, and joy in our lives. This work has brought more happiness and compassion to her life and she enjoys sharing it with those who are interested in learning. The directions of her classes often follow the flow of the participants, and is greatly directed by who is in the class and what the discussions bring up for the group.
