Discovery Club School Age Child Care

1/2 Day Nature-based Pre-K
Learn about Minnesota history from a Native perspective through story-telling and experiencing the sites in quiet reflection. Tour includes sites located near the confluence of the Mississippi and Minnesota rivers, what the Dakota refer to as Bdote, or “meeting place of rivers”. Stops include Fort Snelling State Park, a Dakota Internment Camp following The Dakota-U.S. War, and Pilot Knob Hill, a traditional burial ground. Group will carpool/caravan between sites. All paths are accessible.
