Become your own cake boss by learning the basics of cake decoration! Try out skills in shell borders, writing and more. Decorate an 8-inch cake to take home.
Diana Hirte has been teaching cake decorating, fruit and cookie bouquets and card making for over 15 years. All of her classes involve hands on training and each student takes home a beautiful project they made themselves.
