Pronounced Bahn-Say-Oh, a popular Vietnamese street food! A crispy crepe pancake filled with different proteins and bean sprouts. The crepe itself is naturally gluten free, made with rice flour and turmeric for coloring. Wrapped in beautiful lettuce leaves and fresh herbs. Dipped in either a spicy peanut sauce or fish sauce. This is a flavor explosion! A true taste of authentic Vietnamese cuisine!

Jess Toliver, owner of Jess Delicious Living, is a holistic chef, with a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu. She is a certified wellness and nutrition coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Reiki Master. Jess believes in treating people, as a whole, mind, body, and spirit. Jess specializes in teaching people how to eat, and prepare delicious, nourishing meals, especially with dietary restrictions. She teaches virtually and in person at multiple locations in the Twin Cities metro area as well as classes on the Learn It Live platform. She helps support people in creating sustainable habits on their wellness journey and also works part time as a coordinator in inpatient mental health.
