Early Saint Paul was formed in Lowertown on the banks of the Mississippi. Hear about Lowertown’s evolution from whiskey stop to steam whistles to today’s hotspot (old Pig’s Eye would be amazed at the transformation!). Tour covers approximately 2 miles with limited places to sit.
Tour Activity Rating: 4 (Demanding- extensive walking/stairs//standing)
Tour begins from Saint Paul's Union Depot, 214 4th Street East (inside the front entrance of Union Depot on 4th Street/Light Rail stop side).
