Discover the role of Senior LinkAge Line® in providing resources to enable seniors to stay independent in their homes as long as possible. Explore consumer programs and services, objective information about Medicare, and health insurance options to Medicare beneficiaries of all ages.
Trellis is a strong partner with the Senior LinkAge Line®, a free, statewide service of the Minnesota Board on Aging. The Senior LinkAge Line helps older Minnesotans and caregivers find answers and connect to the services and support they need. We assist individuals to age successfully and develop the capacity of communities to care for an aging population.
