Meditation in Daily Life

Classes for Adults / Health & Wellness -
Winter 2025-Adult

Curious about meditation? Experience a sampling of meditation with the senses, and learn about formal and informal meditation. Walk away with a clear understanding of how to begin a meditation practice, and examples and cues for you to develop and bring this sense of awareness to activities of daily life.
