Making alterations to store-bought clothes, especially jeans, can be tricky. Discover different options for shortening your jeans including leg shaping. Build skills in waist and back fitting using practice fabric before tackling your favorite jeans. Bring your own sewing machine to class. View full supply list online.
If you're ready to jump right in, bring topstitching thread that matches your garment along with the jeans. A JEANS or DENIM needle in size 16/100 or 18/110 will help a great deal.
Bring your sewing machine and pedal in good working order to the first session. You will also want pins, little scissors and a hem gauge (if you have them), thread for your project.
