1/2 Day Nature-based Pre-K
Ethiopian food is light, healthy and flavorful, ranging from very spicy to very mild. It can be addictive, both in cooking it as much as eating it. Discover new cooking techniques, exotic spices, and ways to easily pair them with your daily ingredients like beans, lentils, vegetables and meat sautéed with flavored butter, ghee and healthy oils.
Mimi is an energetic cooking instructor who is passionate about cooking in general and Ethiopian/Eritrean cuisine in particular. Her long list of experience includes teaching cooking at community education classes in Minnesota as well as leading cooking classes around the Midwest and Southwest. Mimi's culinary expertise spans cultures and includes everything from Mediterranean to Asian to southern food.
