1/2 Day Nature-based Pre-K
An infamous Korean one-bowl dish, it consists of rice topped with sautéed vegetables, chili paste, and a protein, topped with a fried egg. We’ll go vegetarian-style, using mushrooms in bulgogi. Explore Korean flavors like Gochugaru and Gochujang, the significance of cooking in Korean culture, and plant-based diets.
Jess Toliver, owner of Jess Delicious Living, is a holistic chef, with a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu. She is a certified wellness and nutrition coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Reiki Master. Jess believes in treating people, as a whole, mind, body, and spirit. Jess specializes in teaching people how to eat, and prepare delicious, nourishing meals, especially with dietary restrictions. She teaches virtually and in person at multiple locations in the Twin Cities metro area as well as classes on the Learn It Live platform. She helps support people in creating sustainable habits on their wellness journey and also works part time as a coordinator in inpatient mental health.
