1/2 Day Nature-based Pre-K
Get ready for some dangerously decadent chocolate desserts! Choose from a variety of recipes and make a memorable treat to share. Recipes include: mousse, brownies, hot fudge sauce, chocolate chip cookies, truffles, Italian cheesecake and custard.
Laurel graduated from the University of Minnesota in Home Economics and Education and has been teaching Community Education classes for over 10 years. She's lived in London, the Philippines and travels extensively. An avid cookbook collector, she delights in sharing recipes and cooking tips.
