The Wabasha Street Caves are the only remaining restored Gangster Era site in Saint Paul. The extensive caves were carved into the hillside in long abandoned mining ventures in 1800's. The Wabasha Street Caves are the perfect blend of history and intrigue in the heart of Saint Paul.
