Rinku Balchandani was born and raised in the vibrant city of Mumbai, India, She has always been passionate about food—it truly is her love language. In Indian culture, the belief is that the way to a person's heart is through their stomach, and Rinku wholeheartedly agrees!

Rinku finds joy in the way food brings family, friends, and communities together, offering a delicious glimpse into one's heritage. Some of her favorite dishes to prepare include Vada Pav, Chicken Biryani, Palak Paneer, and for dessert, the delightful Carrot Halwa. Each of these dishes tells a story and brings a piece of India to the table.
