Tyner (award-winning author, civil rights attorney, and Rondo native), this immersive bus tour takes you on a journey through the heart of Rondo, and learn about its history as a bustling community filled with thriving businesses, arts, culture, and close-knit families.
As a Rondo native deeply committed to cultural preservation and arts-based community development, Dr. Artika Tyner is on a mission to uplift and celebrate the rich heritage of Rondo. Through her work as a motivational speaker, author, educator, and social justice advocate, Dr. Tyner inspires individuals of all backgrounds to become agents of positive change in their communities.
With a background as a law and leadership professor, lawyer, and nonprofit founder, Dr. Tyner brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her endeavors. She is recognized as a thought leader and innovator in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across a wide range of sectors, including Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, healthcare providers, government agencies, educational institutions, and grassroots organizations.
