1/2 Day Nature-based Pre-K
Loc Lac, which is also called Shaking Beef, was originally a Vietnamese staple. Over time, the recipe spread to Cambodia, where it is so popular that it is often considered to be their national dish. We'll make our Loc Lac with steak and vegetables and serve it with a lime dipping sauce and rice.
Classes with the AwD prefix are designed for adults with developmental disabilities.
