Henna Workshop


Classes for Youth / Arts & Music -
Spring 2024- Youth

Grades 6-9. Discover the rich culture of henna, a dye prepared from the leaves of a henna tree, also known as Egyptian privet. Henna is temporary body art resulting from the staining of the skin from the dyes. Learn the basics of henna tattoos and practice them. All materials are provided.

This course is fully subsidized through grants from the American Rescue Plan.

Swetha Avula

Swetha Avula has a love for arts. Her studio allows her to continue working independently where she paints and writes about painting, works that are noticeable by their intense colors, detail, symbols and personal expression. Love traveling and food.

Fine art is her passion, she is an artist and create meaningful experiences through art continues to resonate with audiences globally, love to share her knowledge of arts with others and founder of Acrylic Studio Art.
