Aikido: Ki ExercisesIt’s common to feel creaky as we move out of our 20s and into middle age. However, gentle, rhythmic movements can support and increase our range of motion and feeling of balance, and lead to greater freedom of movement and a lower risk of injury as we age. Come join us to learn Ki Society’s Oneness Rhythm Exercise, a series of movements to music that teaches relaxation and moving in a natural way.
