  • T'ai Chi Ch'uan

    T'ai Chi Ch'uan offers significant health benefits including low-impact exercise, relaxation, stress-management, flexibility, serenity and balance. Each class consists of three segments: standing Chi Kung, seated Chi Kung, and the practice of T'ai Chi forms. Participants must wear a face mask that covers their nose and mouth at all times while in Central High School for the safety of our staff, instructors as well as all participants and themselves.
