Learn a new way to make truffles using aged flavored balsamic vinegars. The flavors of raspberry, strawberry, blackberry and black cherry are truly amazing with the melted chocolate to mold beautiful truffles. Each student will make 18 truffles to take home in a provided box. All supplies included. Please note dietary restrictions when registering. All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program. SPPS currently requires masks for all people in a school setting (ages 2 and older), including all teachers, staff, students and visitors, regardless of vaccination status, unless they have a qualifying exemption. This includes (but is not limited to) indoor fitness classes and during culinary classes when not eating or drinking.
