  • Natural Hair Care: Curly, Coily & Tight-Textured Hair Patterns (Adult+Child)

    One adult and one child, Grades 2-5. Register under the child's name. Learn how to maintain a natural hair care routine. Learn buns, twists, and braids that can protect your hair and be worn until your next style. Come with freshly washed and conditioned hair and try these easy styles with minimal products. Bring home a care package that includes cleansing oil and a scrunchie.     Non-School Day: Grades 4-6. Practice the basics of making safe choices at home, school, online, and in the community. Work with other kids to practice handling emergencies, advocating for yourself, reporting unsafe behaviors, and basic first aid. Start your SafeKids journal with lists of what you can do on your own, then take it home to finish with your family.
