1/2 Day Nature-based Pre-K
Turn your pet into a pawsome work of art. Use magazine scraps, pre-printed images of your pet, and acrylic matte medium to create a one-of-a-kind 11x14" collage. Learn tips and tricks, then tear, cut, and glue your way through a fun hands-on session where your furry friend comes to life--paper-style!
You pick the image you'd like to recreate and all other materials and instruction will be provided. Images sent to instructor for printing before class start date.
Hannah Frick is a Minneapolis based artist who enjoys utilizing reused and repurposed materials. CATS ARE READY is her art practice where she creates custom collaged pet portrait commissions as well as offers workshops for others to create their own unique collages. Each collage is composed of interesting colors, shapes, lines, and patterns cut and torn from the pages of discarded magazines.
Hannah graduated from the College of Visual Arts with a BFA in painting. She is passionate about building and strengthening community through art.
