Classes for Adults / Fitness & Dance -
Winter 2026- Adult

All Around Fitness focuses on exercise techniques for older adults, but is open to all. Includes strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, balance and flexibility. Work at your own pace and receive personal attention from a trained instructor. 

Jan Campbell

Jan Campbell has been leading a variety of group fitness classes for over 10 years with an emphasis on the Active Older Adult population. A life long dancer and ACE Group Fitness certified instructor, she enjoys sharing her love of movement , music and fitness to help others find their ways to wellness. Jan is a firm believer that exercise is the true “fountain of youth” and you are never to old, or young, to get started. Motion is lotion- no prescription needed!
