T'ai Chi Ch'uan offers significant health benefits, including low-impact exercise, relaxation, stress-management, flexibility, serenity and balance. Each class consists of three segments: standing Chi Kung, floor seated Chi Kung, and the practice of T'ai Chi forms. Bring a mat.
