Restaurant-quality egg rolls and samosas can be made right in your own kitchen! Jammed with flavors from around the world, they offer a quick way to incorporate leftovers into something new and fun to eat. Make a variety of egg rolls, samosas and dipping sauces.
As a beloved local culinary icon, Chef Mimi brings vibrant passion and expertise to her cooking classes, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for students of all ages and skill levels. With experience teaching community education classes in Minnesota and Wisconsin, leading workshops across the Midwest and Southwest (in-person and virtually), and appearing on local TVs like CBS and Fox, Chef Mimi’s diverse repertoire spans Ethiopian/Eritrean, Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, Brazilian, and Southern cuisine, inspiring students to explore global flavors.
