Braids & Balance: Self-Care Through Protective Styles

Classes for Adults / Health & Wellness -
Winter 2026- Adult

Self-care isn’t just about relaxation, it’s about empowerment. In this unique workshop, we’ll combine conversation on self-love and personal wellness with a hands-on lesson in braiding. Participants will learn how to do knotless braids and cornrows while exploring the importance of self-care, resilience, and protecting both our inner and outer selves.

This class creates space to practice confidence, creativity, and community while gaining a practical skill you can use for yourself or others. No supplies are needed all materials will be provided.
