ISD 625-Saint Paul Public Schools

Participants must have swimming skills equivalent to American Red Cross Level 3. Swimmers will learn the basics of synchronized swimming which include dance and acrobatic movements on the surface and underwater and perform a basic routine at a show and possibly attend competitions.Swimmers must come with suit under clothes (will be able to change after class during cold weather).
