Intro to Meditation - Online Course

In this completely free Intro to Meditation class, discover two easy techniques to help you manage stress: Mindfulness and Walking. In these difficult times, most of us are being faced with challenges that we never expected. We cannot control outside forces. What we can do, is do our best to not let the stress overwhelm us. Please arrive 10 minutes early.


The walking meditation is designed for all ages and after practicing it yourself, is great for sharing with children age 3+. Admittance will be closed once the class begins so the instructor and participants can focus. 


All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program.
