Intro to Meditation - Online Course

In these difficult times, most of us are being faced with challenges that we never expected. We cannot control outside forces. What we can do, is do our best to not let the stress overwhelm us. In this completely free Intro to Meditation class, I’ll show you two easy techniques to help you manage stress. We’ll focus on two types of meditation: Mindfulness and Walking. The walking meditation is designed for all ages and after practicing it yourself, is great for sharing with children age 3+.
Please arrive 10 minutes early. Admittance will be closed once the class begins so instructor and participants can focus.
