Pi-Yo-Chi
Develop strength, range of motion, balance, and relaxation by combining the core strengthening exercises of Pilates, the lengthening and balancing poses of yoga and the flowing movements of tai chi. The warm water provides neutral support, ease of movement, variable resistance, and balanced postural alignment making the class accessible to all fitness levels.
Locker rooms will be available for changing out of swim attire after class. Showers will be available for use. Please come prepared to swim and free of lotions, and other body and hair products.
All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program.
