Waders
For children ages 4-5 (must be at least 4 years old by start of class). Learn beginning swimming skills and have fun in the water. Children will participate without a parent in the water. Locker rooms will be available for changing out of swim attire after class. Showers will not be available. Please come prepared to swim and free of lotions, and other body and hair products. Plan to shower at home after class. Bathrooms will still be available. All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Water Babies
Children 6 months to 2 years old with a parent in the water will be introduced to movements in the water. If child is not potty trained, child must wear plastic pants or swim diapers in the pool. No disposable diapers allowed. Locker rooms will be available for changing out of swim attire after class. Showers will not be available.
