Short on time? Join us for this 2-hour retreat style class to explore and practice concepts of wellbeing for busy people who want simple, low-cost things to do at home. Try out movement, breathing, meditation, scents, creativity, and nourishing snacks. $5 material fee due to instructor on first day of class.
Lea Bittner-Eddy is a Wellbeing Consultant who has worked with organizations and individuals for more than 20 years facilitating and supporting discovery and development practices. Lea has lived and worked in New Zealand, England and the US and brings a practical, simple and "good enough" approach to being well. Lea has worked with the City of Minneapolis, University of Minnesota and Minnesota's Department of Human Services and hundreds of community groups. Lea enjoys nurturing welcoming environments where people feel free to bring their authentic selves to the discussion.
Sarah Groskreutz is a certified wellbeing coach and yoga teacher. She specializes in guiding busy women to feel less overwhelmed, more focused, and filled with energy to get things done. Sarah combines 20 years of experience working in health care and education with training and education in biology, yoga, mindfulness, and coaching to support you in envisioning your best life and making it a reality.
