Twin Cities Green Tour
Visit places in the Twin Cities dedicated to keeping our planet clean. Discover what happens to your recycling with a trip to Eureka Recycling, a nonprofit and zero waste organization. A tour of the St. Paul Water Treatment Plant in the afternoon will enlighten you on the path water takes to reach your home. Lunch on your own at Rosedale Center.
Fee includes: tours, mini coach and guide.

9:10 am Grace Lutheran Church, 1730 Old Hudson Road;
9:30 a.m. Oxford Community Center, 270 N Lexington Pkwy (Please park on east side of lot away from building)
Approximate return time is 3:30 pm
Wear close-toed, comfortable shoes. Please note: The Eureka facility tour is a walking tour with multiple stairs, catwalks, and some obstacles like loose paper, broken glass – etc. The tour requires no less than 30 minutes of walking.
Sandy has been creating and leading tours for Saint Paul Community Education for over 25 years. Excellent customer service, staying on time, and variety is something she always strives for. She has a Bachelor's Degree from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in Recreation. In her spare time Sandy enjoys bike riding, hiking, and scrapbooking.
