Jim Adamski is a fourth-generation sugar maker from North central Wisconsin, Jim and his family own and operate a 10,000 tap commercial sugarbush.The family business has been in operation since 1984 and started small with 25 taps on buckets with a small outdoor flat pan evaporator. Over the years the business has grown and utilizes some of the most current technologies such as reverse osmosis, natural gas fired evaporator, and monitoring systems to monitor vacuum levels and tank levels in the wood lots. Jim is also a maple equipment consultant for Roth Sugarbush and CDL maple equipment working with producers across the Midwest on all facets of their maple businesses.
