My name is Annie Thompson. I am a certified mat and apparatus Pilates instructor and have been teaching Pilates for more than 6 years. I started taking Pilates classes over 15 years ago and loved how it has increased my strength and flexibility, as well as my body awareness.  I love teaching Pilates and introducing other people to this beneficial exercise. It not only strengthens, but increases flexibility and increases mind-body awareness.
