Jan Campbell has been leading a variety of group fitness classes for over 10 years with an emphasis on the Active Older Adult population. A life long dancer and ACE Group Fitness certified instructor, she enjoys sharing her love of movement , music and fitness to help others find their ways to wellness. Jan is a firm believer that exercise is the true “fountain of youth” and you are never to old, or young, to get started. Motion is lotion- no prescription needed!
