Dick Marvin Ogren

Trained as a cook at age 17, Dick's first job was cooking for the troops in Korea.  After his fater died of a heart attack in 1965, he set a goal to live a long, healthy life.  In 2016 Dick was awarded a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies through eCornell.  He eats a vegan (plant based) diet, is in his eighties, and has great health.
