Spring 2023 - Adult
Ages 6 and up. Beginner level. Adult beginners welcome. Learn or review the basics of reading notes, rhythm, technique and harmony. Bring your own music or the instructor will suggest music for you. Students need access to a piano or keyboard to practice. These are individual half-hour lessons.
Sliding Fees:Our model for program pricing ensures that our high-quality enrichment classes are more accessible to our community members. We encourage participants to choose the price that they are able to pay. This structure helps our programs be financially sustainable and more equitable.
All Community Education participants are required to follow SPPS COVID guidelines (https://www.spps.org/safelearningplan), and all other communicated health and safety expectations. Failure to do so could result in removal from the class/program.
Sara Logeais has two Bachelor’s degrees in Music Studies and Music Therapy, respectively. She absolutely loves music and greatly enjoys the opportunity to share her passion with others. In her free time, Sara can be found playing and/or listening to music, spending time with family and friends, and reading. She has been with community Ed for several years and has loved getting to know the students and being a part of the St. Paul Public School community.
