Become an informed, prepared consumer! Home Stretch workshops cover the entire home buying process and offers objective, practical information to help you get on the path to homeownership. Guest speakers include a lender, realtor and home inspector. In celebration of National Homeownership Month, the June workshop is FREE. Registration required.

Neighborhood Development Alliance
NeDA builds affordable housing and empowers communities to create sustainability through financial education and guidance. They guide families on how to successfully purchase their first home, offering one-on-one coaching and group education opportunities. They also provide support to current homeowners in financial crisis to avoid foreclosure on their homes. Additionally, NeDA also offers a full-spectrum of financial & credit counseling. They are a HUD-certified counseling agency with multiple staff members holding certification through the National Foundation for Credit Counseling to provide financial counseling, and are passionate about making sure our counseling and development work is relevant, sustainable, and creates positive change in the lives of the families they serve.
